Remember a few weeks back when the cold front hit DFW for the first time in October. Well the family and I decided that was the best time to go to the Dallas Arboretum to check out the Autumn at the Arboretum and the Chihuly exhibit that is there (ends in November). I love going to outdoor places when it’s cold because we all bundle up and can attend something without having to hustle and bustle through crowds. This was no exception, we loved it. The last time I went to the Arboretum I believe my 5 year old was just over a year old so that would have been 4 years. I’m happy I went this time and took my mom because there were a lot of renovations and upgrades since then.
I’m also glad that I had the new sample phone from Verizon Wireless for the HTC Droid Incredible. You would not believe the fantastic photos and sharp images I took of not just the Arboretum itself but also the glass sculptures of the Chihuly Exhibit. Please review the pretty photos below and enjoy. If you are not familiar with Autumn at the Arboretum, check out my review on Examiner.com.
Also if you have not seen the Chihuly exhibit you should. I think it’s great for kids and adults because the glass sculptures blend in well with the gardens and it’s far enough away for little hands to not touch it and break it but still enjoyable by sight. This is a “bring your camera must” or if you are lucky like me to have a Droid Incredible, than you can take great photos in an instance, upload them to your social media sites and online photo programs. The other feature I liked on the HTC Droid Incredible was not just the 8 megapixel camera but then being able to stream these live shots wirelessly over to my television. I have a television and an HP Touchsmart that are DLNA certified, meaning select TVs, DVD and Blu-ray players, games consoles, digital media players, photo frames, cameras, NAS devices, PCs, mobile handsets, and more can share digital media content. This made sharing these memories and photos so easy via my television to provide a larger view for other family members to see the photos. You can find out more about the.
