What is Mean Girls?
The only thing fiercer than savanna wild cats are the lionesses of Kady’s new high school, The Plastics. Kady Heron must learn the rules of this new jungle or risk getting eaten alive. With the help of social outcasts Janis and Damian, Kady must infiltrate the pretty and terrifying trio and take down the queen bee, Regina George. But the power of the Plastics is intoxicating and intricate. Will Kady be able to hold onto herself when entering this dazzling world?
Mean Girls is one of the best musical adaptations of a movie with fan favorite songs like “Meet the Plastics”, “Sexy” and “World Burn” written by lyricist Nell Benjamin and composer Jeff Richmond. The script, written by Tina Fey from Saturday Night Live!, is hilarious and dynamic. The movie’s iconic costume design is translated faithfully from the movie to bring back some of the best trends from the 2000s. All in all, the cast and crew create a fabulous experience for fans new and old.
