Omni Fort Worth Hotel is bringing back the special menu featuring Hatch Chile Peppers. The Hatch green Chile, a variety of cayenne pepper, is in season only five weeks each year and only in the Hatch Valley of New Mexico. From the Hatch Crusted Salmon and the Chilled Hatch Bisque, to the Hatch Relleno, Grilled Pork Chop with Hatch Chile and mango salsa, and Hatch Chile Bread Pudding, Cast Iron is providing a three-course menu full of the Chile-delight.
