Dallas is full of options for date night spots, and you can add Eastwood’s Bar to your list! The bar embraces a comfortable lounge setting while offering elevated bites and many handcrafted cocktails that you won’t find elsewhere in town.
Eastwood’s is located off McKinney Ave., and the bar offers free valet parking for patrons. My date and I stopped by Eastwood’s to check out its revamped menu with other bloggers in DFW.
I was surprised to see top-notch food options, which isn’t always commonly found at most bars. Items like Gouda Mac n Cheese with bacon and the bar’s famous TatChos (tator tot nachos) definitely wow’d us.
As for entree items, the ones I recommend trying are the Eastwood’s Burger and the hearty vegetarian hummus wrap – both options will you leave you full and satisfied! (You can look up more pics on social media with #eastwoodsuptown.)
The other thing that impressed me was the endless list of craft cocktails – with a handful of new drinks. For guys, go for the New Dallas Sour. Ladies may opt to try the Violet Ice or the fruity and strong Vacation Expectation (both pictured below).
Eastwood’s Bar is open daily for dinner and Fridays for lunch. They also serve brunch on the weekends (and on the dog-friendly patio) and have happy hour from 4-8 p.m. on Monday through Thursday.
The bar is located at 3407 McKinney Ave.
(Disclaimer: My menu sampling was complimentary, and all thoughts are my own.)
