Meyerson Symphony Center and will feature wines from around the world, champagnes, craft brews, locally distilled spirits, plus some of your favorite tastes and small plates from celebrated Dallas chefs and restaurants. The magnificent Meyerson with its floor to ceiling glass walls offers a dramatic backdrop for the DSO’s inaugural Grand Tasting. Featuring bold and delicate flavors for you to taste from wine varietals worldwide along with foods from some of the finest chefs and restaurants right here in Dallas. Sample and learn about wine as well as craft beers, spirits and bubbles, while enjoying samples offered to you by the behind-the-scenes folks that create the culinary experiences you love at some of Dallas’s favorite restaurants. This all-inclusive event also includes a complimentary souvenir wine glass that you will use for the tasting and be able to take home.

Opus Restaurant in the Meyerson is the setting for this elegant wine dinner. Begin with a Champagne Toast followed by a four-course meal with thoughtfully inspired wine pairings. Bubbles & Bites Champagne Brunch

What better way to spend your Sunday afternoon than sipping bubbly at the Meyerson with friends while you sample an array of brunch items from local restaurants? The Bubbles and Bites tasting features champagne, sparkling wines and locally made infused vodkas, and “bites” of brunch favorites like buttery baked goods, egg dishes, fruits, cheeses, meats, fish and sweets. The Perfect Glass: A Riedel Wine Seminar

Wine enthusiasts of all levels will enjoy this seminar, where you’ll taste your way through four different wines and discover how glassware enhances grape varietals on the palate. This hour-long seminar, provided by the professionals from the famed Riedel Glassware, celebrating 265 years as a family owned business, is a unique experience you won’t want to miss. What better way to learn about Riedel’s Performance glassware than on the stage of the Meyerson. Your ticket includes rare access to the Meyerson stage, the wine tasting, and a set of four Riedel Performance level glasses to take home.
