Important Times:
Check-in at the Historic Cotton Belt Depot: 5:30 – 6:20 p.m.
Boarding begins: 6 p.m.
Final boarding call/doors close: 6:20 p.m.
Train departure: 6:30 p.m.
Approximate return: 8:30 p.m.

General Admission (Wheelchair Accessible)

$50 per person (Ages 21+), price includes:

  • Two (2) 4-ounce glasses* of fine Texas wine;
  • Souvenir wine glass;
  • Individually portioned savory bites with dessert (Vegetarian/Gluten-free option available);
  • Single red rose for all ladies
    *Additional wine available for purchase


Premier Class (Not wheelchair accessible)

$300 per table (Ages 21+), price includes:

  • A table for four (4) people;
  • Hot plated meal (Vegetarian/Gluten-free option available);
  • Three (3) 4-ounce glasses* of fine Texas wine;
  • Souvenir wine glass;
  • Single red rose for all ladies;
  • VIP parking (located at 705 S. Main St.)
    *Additional wine available for purchase


 For COVID-19 contact tracing purposes, the names of all ticketed passengers must be provided in order to purchase tickets.

  • 705 S. Main St. – Historic Cotton Belt Depot – FREE and VIP parking for Premier Class ticket holders;
  • 636 S. Main St. – Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau – FREE (ADA Accessible);
  • 255 E. Dallas Rd. – Grapevine Main Parking Garage – Free for first 90 minutes; $1 per every additional hour (ADA Accessible);
  • Additional parking available throughout Historic Grapevine – FREE


Boarding will begin at the Historic Cotton Belt Depot at 6 p.m. The train will leave PROMPTLY at 6:30 p.m. – rain or shine. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to final boarding call (6:20 p.m.) and check-in at the depot for seat assignments prior to boarding.


Seating is assigned upon check-in.  All groups must check in at the same time to ensure that they are seated together in the same coach. Groups include other parties that you wish to sit by. Changes cannot be made in seating assignments after boarding passes are issued. Check-in begins at 5:30 p.m.

Tickets are non-refundable.


The Sweetheart Wine Train does not travel to the Historic Fort Worth Stockyards. Passengers will not de-board the train during the excursion.


The container of individually portioned savory bites and dessert may or may not be considered a meal to some, therefore, we recommend attendees plan accordingly.


Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your reserved ticketed time. Your reserved ticketed time is the train departure time. Train doors will be closed and locked 10 minutes prior to departure. Trains are unable to be held and passengers will not be allowed to board after doors are locked. Missed trains will not be refunded.

Please note: After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from Grapevine Ticketline [] and a separate reminder email from the Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau [] 24-36 hours prior to your event. We recommend checking your spam folder if you do not receive these emails in your inbox.


In accordance with Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s Face Covering Requirement to slow the spread of COVID-19, all guests ages 10 and up will be required to wear a mask or face covering for the duration of the event except while actively eating or drinking. It is also recommended that guest younger than 10 years of age wear a face covering if they are able to.


Per recommendations from Governor Abbott, capacity onboard has been reduced and GVRR crew members are ensuring that seats and public areas are properly sanitized between each excursion.
