I rarely if ever describe a positive customer experience with a website, however I feel compelled to rave about the Mary Kay ordering site.
Now I must say, I get annoyed by Mary Kay salespeople, however, one of my close friends has decided to become a Mary Kay consultant and so I felt compelled to purchase. However what started out as compulsion has turned into a “I’m very much pleased by my buying” type of experience.
My consultant Sarah is still getting her feet wet but she is very patient and comfortable to deal with. Her sales style is not pushy at all and I love the samples she sends me. She is doing a wonderful job and I not only say that as her friend, but also as a customer.
Now I must also talk about the website. I admire and appreciate the coordination between sales consultant and website. I had just ordered a few things off of the website and it was the fastest shopping experience I had with a website in a very long time. It was not only easy to navigate, but once you got to the part where you actually checkout – – it was SO EASY! Usually when I check out of a shopping website I’m filling out multitudes of information that seems to never end. On this particular occasion not only were the fields and text boxes obviously clear and easy to read but once I put my name in there, based upon information I filled out with my consultant earlier, it already had much of my information in the system.
Pure Genius! – 3 simple steps to shop and then Voila! I was good to go and will be awaiting my Mary Kay Makeup Order. I wish I could send this to the CIO and CEO of Mary Kay – – because it just made my day to be able to order online so quickly in between of course shows that I will attend and shop at via my consultant Sarah.
If you want to check out their site (they are famous) www.marykay.com
Of course my own consultant her site is: www.marykay.com/surnetta
