Easy Ways to Amp Up Your Outfit

Easy Ways to Amp Up Your Outfit
We love a good look. We also adore easy outfits that make our lives easier and make us feel put together. Right now, I've been using accessories to dress up my everyday looks. Here are four pieces that I've been loving right now.

A Little Bling

Stackable gold rings - In the midst of my everyday, I love a little pop of delight. Seeing the bit of sparkle at my hand and a little more when I move the steering wheel just makes me smile. I also love the little rebel edge that it adds to my look.  I've also been leaning into adding bangles and dainty bracelets to my mix for a bit of fun, color and a touch of delicate into my routine.

A Touch of Softness

Soft scarves - As a knitter and fiber lover, I have a love, love relationship with gorgeous fibers. Lately, I've been loving these cashmere scarves by Heidi Wynne and these by Bleusalt. The pop of color and the soft texture elevate my experience and make me feel put together and have become a part of my signature look. This season, I've been leaning to solids rather than prints, but I love having a variety to choose from.

Bring on the Curves

A great pair of jeans. There's something wonderful about a great pair of jeans. On constant rotation are a dark pair of straight leg and a soft pair of nearly skinnies. I look for jeans that have a high cotton content with a wee bit of stretch so they retain their shape, but still look stunning and give me a good curve on the rear. I am present tense on the search for a great wide leg. Know of a good brand? Let me know at blog@dallassinglemom.com

A Bit of Polish

A stellar blazer. I have some fan favorites. A classic camel by Escada. A structured black hip length and a soft knit that makes me look like I tried when the day is off to the races.  On my wish list is a great tweed in a navy or a pretty green.
